At TNT Towing & Recovery and TNT Towing & Recovery, we are committed to providing professional and reliable towing and roadside assistance services. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

Refund Policy Breakdown
Full Refund
A full refund will be issued if you cancel your request before a driver is en-route to you.
$50 Cancellation Fee
You will be charged a $50 cancellation fee if you cancel after a driver has been dispatched and is en-route to you.
No Refund
If our driver arrives at the location and the service is no longer needed—without prior notice—a refund will not be issued. This includes situations where another provider or individual has already assisted you.
Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate transaction), please contact us immediately at optimustowingllc@gmail.com or call 1-877-969-4633. We will review the transaction and process a refund if applicable.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge through your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback with proof of service. If you have concerns about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue.
